OVERVIEW CONSULT
Overstory
We’ll spend 2 hours exploring your land gathering information and exchanging ideas. As follow up, you will receive a printed, detailed overview of your landscape that includes location maps and a compilation of general information and possibilities for further Landstory development.
SITE ANALYSIS & MAPPING
Landscape Reading
A site analysis is based on physical, ecological, and environmental conditions, and aesthetic features of the landscape and is used to generate a complete report with diagrams and a base map summarizing your land’s attributes. The landscape reading summary is a solid information base for planning for the future.
AN ECOLOGICALLY-CONNECTED MASTER PLAN
Landstory Plan Book
A detailed plan for dynamic, sustainable land management and land stewardship. It begins with an Overstory Consult, flows into a dynamic Landscape Reading, and is completed with design precedents, a hand-rendered conceptual plan with detail diagrams and easy to follow guidelines for sustainable stewardship.
